Sales Consultant

Orangeville Nissan is searching for an outgoing, driven sales consultant to join our team!


-Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously

-Follow the documented dealership sales process

-Maintain a high level of customer service as measure by Nissan's customer viewpoint

-Ensure their presentation meets the customer sales expectations as set out by Orangeville Nissan

-Attend to incoming sales calls

-Maintain a high level of production knowledge through ongoing PTS training, meetings, Webinars and self-study

-Log all prospects with the sales managers in the desking office

-Review prospect list at the beginning of each shift

-Follow-up all prospects within a reasonable amount of time

-Maintain a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership 

-Report to management of any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers

-Adhere to company policies with respect to safety rules and regulations and ensures government legislated safety practices are followed, such as WHIMIS training

-Contact all customers that have taken delivery of a vehicle within a reasonable amount of tie to ensure they are completely satisfied

-Complete all documentation and paperwork as required

-Maintain a clean and organized work station

-Assist in vehicles lock-up each evening after shift

-Drive specialty vehicles int the show when required

-Perform other tasks as assigned by department managers

-Responsible to adhere to all Procedures and Training established within the Quality Management System as they apply to specific activities, processes and tasks

Parts Clerk

Orangeville Nissan is looking for a Parts Clerk. The person will be responsible for the storage within the parts department and will perform, among other things, the following daily tasks: 

- Participate in the reception of the parts
- Participate in the shipment of the parts
- Perform the classification of parts in storage

Apprentice/Licensed Tech

Orangeville Nissan is looking for a Licensed Technician or 3rd-4th year apprentice. This individual is responsible for skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of vehicles. The candidate must be able to analyze, troubleshoot, dismantle, align, assemble and adjust mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain it in efficient operating condition.

Job Duties:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
  • Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
  • Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

What We Look For:

  • Valid Automotive Service Technician Certification of Qualification (Class A) or registered 3rd-4th year apprentice
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience working in a technician position.
  • Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
  • Able to work well with a team.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
  • Nissan Experience considered an asset

Service Advisor

Orangeville Nissan is seeking a Service Advisor whose primary function is the sale of Service Department products and services at volume levels set by management. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Retrieve customer information in CDK and investigate all customer concerns, clarifying them so the technician is able to analyze the problem. 

• Follow up on the vehicle in CDK, and keep updated as to its progress. 

• Walk around each and every vehicle, noting the serial number and mileage, lifting the hood and noting any items which can be used for upselling products and services. Note anybody damage on the vehicle.

 • Analyze the customer history, and suggest any services which are indicated as necessary or recommended. 

• Determine, to the best of your ability, whether the work is customer pay, factory warranty, insurance company or independent warranty.

 • Accurately complete an ERO (electronic work order) for each and every vehicle, print and have the customer sign the work order, giving an estimate asto the costs and time required to repair the vehicle

. • Document and record on the hard copy work order and ERO when recommended products and/or services are refused by the customer. 

• Ensure that all paperwork, customer pay, warranty, and internal, is accurate and complete, to provide ease of collection.

 • Prepare final billing for completed repair orders. 

Qualifications 

• The ideal candidate would be dedicated to providing friendly, knowledgeable and superior personalized care which meets the automotive needs of our customers.

 • This job requires you have a high level of enthusiasm, and customer service skills as you will be working with clients daily. Automotive experience is an asset

Appointment Coordinator/BDC

Here at Orangeville Nissan, the Appointment Coordinator iis the first point of contact for our clients reaching out to our service center; whether by phone, email or web booking. It is imperative we make the clients feel welcome, comfortable and cared for from start to finish, while they are working with us to maintain their vehicle. Client satisfaction is our number one priority. 

Role Responsibilities:

- Maintain dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of services due. 

-Advise clients of vehicle needs and recommendations. 

-Confirming Service Appointments: Confirm servicing needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, Update any changes, Confirm time, date and transportation needs with the client. 

-Manage Advisor appointments & Shop time.

-Schedule appointments for clients to meet with Sales reps. 

-Following up with clients about getting into a new vehicle. 

-Calling clients after they visit our showroom to see how their sales experience was.
